COVID Information

COVID protocols will be in place at all EIVA events. Our most recent protocols are outlined in the EIVA Facility COVID Protocols document and are subject to modification. All participants and spectators are expected to adhere to these protocols without exception.

Registration Deadline

Registration deadline for all tournaments is January 31 and tournaments may fill quickly. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please contact us.

Required Documents

All participants must have a current AAU membership. Your EIVA Team Roster or AAU club roster must be emailed to us prior to the registration deadline. Your roster will be checked at each tournament prior to your first match.

Format

Pool play followed by brackets (Gold, Silver, Bronze).

Rules

- All age levels will play by general USA Volleyball domestic competition regulations.
- Player age classification is determined using the USAV Age Definition Chart.
- Boys are not currently allowed to play in EIVA Grand Prix tournaments.

Officiating and Scorekeeping

An official (R1) will be provided for all matches and each team will have scheduled officiating and scorekeeping duties. Teams will be required to provide a down official (R2), scorekeepers, a libero tracker, and two line judges.

Awards

Team awards will be given for first and second place.

Gold bracket winner will have their entry fee paid for the AAU Junior Nationals tournament or the West Coast Championships. A minimum of 12 teams must participate in the tournament in order to recieve the full entry fee. Winning team has the option to use the entry fee for either event.
