Registration Information

Deadline

Registration deadline for all tournaments is January 31 and tournaments may fill quickly.  If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please contact us.

Required Documents

All participants must have a current AAU membership.  Your EIVA Team Roster or AAU club roster must be emailed to us prior to the registration deadline.  Your roster will be checked at each tournament prior to your first match.

Pools & Brackets

Pools and brackets will be added to this event and the Documents page at least two weeks prior to the event.

Other Information

Pool play followed by brackets (Gold, Silver, Bronze).

    • All age levels will play by general USA Volleyball domestic competition regulations.
    • Player age classification is determined using the 2023 USAV Age Definition Chart.
    • Boys are allowed to participate but must play up one division.  A U10 boy must play on a U12 team, a U12 boy must play on a U14 team, and a U14 boy must play on a U16 team.
    • Teams with boys will not be allowed to advance to Gold bracket play due to the availability of a nationals bid for the Gold Bracket winners.

An official (R1) will be provided for all matches and each team will have scheduled officiating and scorekeeping duties.  Teams will be required to provide a down official (R2), scorekeepers, a libero tracker, and two line judges.

Team awards will be given for first and second place.

Gold bracket winner will have their entry fee paid for the AAU Junior Nationals tournament or the West Coast Championships.  A minimum of 12 teams must participate in the tournament in order to recieve the full entry fee.  Winning team has the option to use the entry fee for either event.

    • No refunds will be given for cancellations after the registration deadline.
    • Refunds will be given for cancellations prior to the registration deadline.  A $50 administrative fee will be withheld for each team event entry that is cancelled.
