2024 Saturday League

All Age Levels

• • All age levels will play by general USA Volleyball domestic competition regulations.
  • Player age classification is determined using the 2024 AAU Age Definition Chart.
  • Boys are allowed to participate but must play up one division.  A U10 boy must play on a U12 team, a U12 boy must play on a U14 team, and a U14 boy must play on a U16 team.
  • Teams may play with 5 players, but a phantom player penalty will be in effect.
  • An official (R1) will be provided for all matches and each team will have scheduled officiating and scorekeeping duties.

U10

• • 2 sets to 15 minutes.
  • No crossover match.
  • Use Volley-Lite volleyballs only.
  • Serving rules
  • USAV net height of 6’6″.
  • Players line judge and keep score.
  • Pool play will be scheduled on 2 courts.
  • Pool times will be 8:00 to 10:00, 10:00 to 12:00, 12:30 to 2:30, and 2:30 to 4:30.

U12

• • 2 sets to 25 in pool play.
  • Sets are played to 25 points, win by 2, with no cap.
  • No crossover match.
  • Use Volley-Lite volleyballs only.
  • Serving rules
  • USAV net height of 7’0″.
  • Use modified score sheets for simplicity.
  • Players line judge and keep score. Coach can be very helpful assisting as R2.
  • Pool play will be scheduled on 2 courts.
  • Pool times will be 8:00 to 10:00, 10:00 to 12:00, 12:30 to 2:30, and 2:30 to 4:30

U14

• • 2 sets to 25 in pool play.
  • Sets are played to 25 points, win by 2, with no cap.
  • USAV net height of 7’4 1/8″.
  • Players R2, line judge and keep score.
  • Pools will consist of 5 teams on 2 courts.
  • Pool times will be 8:00 to 12:00 and 12:30 to 4:30.

U16

• • 2 sets to 25 in pool play.
  • Sets are played to 25 points, win by 2, with no cap.
  • USAV net height of 7’4 1/8″.
  • Players R2, line judge and keep score
  • Pools will consist of 5 teams on 2 courts.
  • Pool times will be 8:00 to 12:00 and 12:30 to 4:30

• • No refunds will be given for cancellations after the registration deadline.
  • Refunds will be given for cancellations prior to the registration deadline.  A $50 administrative fee will be withheld for each team event entry that is cancelled.
  • Clubs will be assessed a $100 fee if a team cancels for a scheduled Saturday without at least two weeks notice.
