Registration Information

Deadline

Registration deadline for all tournaments is January 31 and tournaments may fill quickly.  If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please contact us.

Required Documents

All participants must have a current AAU membership.  Your EIVA Team Roster or AAU club roster must be emailed to us prior to the registration deadline.  Your roster will be checked at each tournament prior to your first match.

Pools & Brackets

Pools and brackets will be added to this event and the Documents page at least two weeks prior to the event.

Other Information

Pool play followed by brackets (Gold, Silver, Bronze).

    • All age levels will play by general USA Volleyball domestic competition regulations.
    • Player age classification is determined using the 2026 Age Definition Chart.
    • Boys are not currently allowed to play in EIVA Grand Prix tournaments.

An official (R1) will be provided for all matches and each team will have scheduled officiating and scorekeeping duties.  Teams will be required to provide a down official (R2), scorekeepers, a libero tracker, and two line judges.

Team awards will be given for Gold bracket winners.

The Gold bracket winner in each tournament with 16 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU National Championships or the AAU Volleyball Festival.  If less teams participate, the entry fee will be adjusted on a percentage basis based on the number of teams that participated.

Teams earning a free or discounted entry fee must contact the AAU National Office by July 1st.  Refunds will be issued after the National Tournament or The Volleyball Festival to teams who participated in the event of their choice. It is the winning team’s responsibility to contact volleyball@aausports.org (team name and event they won) to receive their free or discounted entry fee. Refund requests will not be accepted after July 1st. Winning teams WILL NOT automatically be refunded, nor will they be contacted by the National Office.

    • No refunds will be given for cancellations after the registration deadline.
    • Refunds will be given for cancellations prior to the registration deadline.  A $50 administrative fee will be withheld for each team event entry that is cancelled.
